Beautiful bubble with a nose of apricot and toast. Citrusy acidity plus the fine bubbles really make this wine sparkle (no pun intended) on the palate. Not even a hint of sweetness here, but still delicious and elegant. A perfect partner for shrimp appetizers and tempura vegetables.
